You know? I thought maybe it was just me. Now I see it’s something in the water! It amazes me at where customer service is currently, much less where it’s headed. I’ve begun telling people I can’t use their services when they’ve given me several indicators they don’t want my business.

Sound advice. The great thing about this post is that the tips and suggestions offered can be applied to any business or service. You might have the best product in the world but if your customer service is terrible, that will usually out weigh the products greatness.
