Freelance Editorial Services required for Client based in Totowa, New Jersey

Freelance editorial assignment collaborating with two sister companies in formatting and editing RFPs utilizing both MS Word and MS PowerPoint software. Assignment runs from April 7th through April 17th.

Assignment is highly confidential and requires collaboration among several key members across one or more sister companies utilizing share point software for editing and adding content. Project will require expertise in formatting MS Word documents using preexisting company templates and formatting of complicated charts and/or graphs. Editorial services will require individual to be on site one to two days prior to each RFP submission deadline for close coordination of final changes to all documents.

Assignment requires utilization of freelancer’s own MS Office (2003 or greater) software/hardware/internet connections to work assignment remotely and on-site at Client location.

Individual with medical editorial background desired, but not required. Candidate for freelance assignment must have had at least 2 years of full-time employment experience in an advertising environment as an editor or copywriter.

Compensation is negotiable pending availability and experience, hourly rate from $25 and up.

Freelance staff will maintain Independent Employment status from Placement Agency and Client.
