Welcome to a brand new week. This is my last week working at home alone before school ends for the summer so I’m getting as much done as possible. Something else I’m doing this week is making up a new schedule that will benefit both me and my son. I don’t have the luxury of taking the summer off, but I do have the ability to be flexible. How are you juggling work, kids and summer? Will you be scaling down for the next few months or making other arrangements?

Leads…

Hope you have a wonderful day!

Writer for Multiple Assignments – Bloomington IN – this is someone looking for a job.

The Writer for Multiple Assignments is someone looking for work, not a job opportunity.

    Hi!
I took the plunge a little over a year ago to become a full time freelancer and this will be my second summer. My kids get out of school on Wednesday and I can tell already it will be a challenge to balance playing legos, dollies and getting work done. But like you said, I can be flexible. Right now I’m thinking work will have to happen either before 7 am or after 9 pm during the summer, of course with the ability to sneak some in during the day here and there.
Thank you for this daily list, it’s been a great help. :)

The person who posted the ad with the misspelling (”oppurtnity”) certainly should have proofread his/her ad. Still, this site and several sites to which it often links at times have had misspellings and grammar errors; if you’re going to link to the ad, then I wouldn’t criticize/demean it at the same time.

  6. To answer your question, I was hoping to scale back this summer to spend time with my daughter, but it’s not looking like that is feasible. But I think I will be doing a good deal of early morning (since it won’t be cold) and evening work to compensate.

I write early, in between and late. Right now, I am behind as heck. At least I am writing for a living and I love it!

    Re: Exciting Writing “Oppurtunity”

Heads up… Seems to me the compensation is likely VERY little as “exciting” seemed an over sell. Wasn’t surprised to read this sentence in ad: “We would like to hear from writers interested in obtaining experience and exposure.” The good ole exposure bit…
