International Property News Writer

I am the SEO consultant for an international property company.
As part of our SEO agreement, I have been contracted to provide content for some sections of its website as well as articles and press releases that would be published on specific press release and article directory sites.
I require the services of a writer with specific writing experience in the international real estate / overseas property sector.

You must have…

- Written in the overseas property/international real estate domain
- Experience in writing SEO copy
- Competency in using Wordpress (optional)
- Basic html skills like applying hyperlinks

- Average word count per news article post: 300-500
- Average word count per press release / article: 350-600

The breakdown of work is as follows:

NEWS ARTICLES
You would typically be provided with specific regions and/or property developments (e.g. Slovakia, Grenada, Kuala Lumpur & Philippines) and be expected to come up with a 2 week schedule. Upon the approval of the schedule, you would be expected to the write articles about property/real estate in the regions proposed on your schedule with keywords (to be provided) placed in each article . So your work would involve article discovery and writing. The news section is set up in Wordpress.

PRESS RELEASES / ARTICLES
Must be compliant with the Editorial Guidelines of PRWeb – http://www.prweb.com/editorial.php
- 21 News Articles per month (every work day)
- 5 Press Releases / articles per month (approx. once a week)

Payment details – $15 – $20 per news article
