There are few things that really astonish me about the whole making money online market – truly. However, the one thing that really gets me is the vast number of really slimy marketers who would obviously sell out their own grandmother to make a buck. Those slime balls are selling silly ebooks, memberships to sites with not-so-secret methods to turning a profit and those high pressure get-rich-quick formulas that have been around almost as long as prostitution.
When you think about it, some of these heavy pitching websites are doing little more then pimping themselves out in the name of the almighty dollar.
Right? You know it!
Have you ever gotten sucked in to leaving your email address because you were promised something for free? I’d be willing to bet a dollar to donuts you have and you have lived to regret it! More and more with every sleazy spam-sales-email you get.
Those emails remind me of those late night television infomercials. “BUT WAIT!!! Get your copy in the next 10 minutes for only $39 – after that the price is going to go up to the Gazzilion and nine dollars it’s worth!”
Pee-Sha!
I wish someone or a band-of-someones would put an end to the crap affiliate products that we are forced to weed through every. single. day. just to get to quality information.
In all my time working online and even during my darkest financial days, I have never placed myself in the position of promoting, recommending or selling products or services that were even remotely questionable.
The thing about making money online is that you can get sucked into the whole scene to the point where all you care about is making money for yourself and it doesn’t matter how make it!
There are so many bloggers who claim they blog about making money online to teach readers because they care. Nu Uh!
In the end, all the majority of them care about is turning their readers into buyers or to engage their readers in some serious networking to increase the potential of future profits.
If you are new to the whole making money online scene, I urge you – do NOT create yet another MMO or affiliate blog. The market is over saturated and there are already quality resources that have developed a following and level of trust. I believe you’d be wasting your time! And it would be an awful long and difficult journey to turning a profit! To me, it’s just not worth it.
What I do recommend you do is pick a niche you know and know well – or are at least willing to learn while you go. Stick to what you know – that’s where you will add value and will be able to increase your potential of earning.
There’s plenty of money to be had out there – you just have to figure out what it is you have to offer and shine within your topic!
Now tell me this, when it comes to making money online – just how far are you willing to go to turn a buck?
