by Jodee Redmond

Recently, I was asked to give an interview on the topic of finding freelance writing jobs by the folks over at LoveToKnow.com. Please feel free to stop by and check it out.

The LTK Freelance Writing channel is a new one for them and they have some great articles up already. Now that the channel is “live,” they will be adding content on a regular basis, so you may want to bookmark it.

Nice work, Jodee. I think everyone should read this but especially those who are sometimes quick to criticize the hard work you do. I would bet it would come as a surprise to most people that it takes you two hours each morning to surf the web for those job leads, meaning you’re really saving folks who use your leads on a daily basis about ten hours a week.

On a more personal note, I was a little surprised to read that you blog about celebrity gossip. 🙂

@ Stacy and Amy: Thank you for the positive feedback. 🙂

@ Amy: I had forgotten that I mentioned the celebrity gossip job, actually. That one is a lot of fun. 🙂

    Hey Jodee,

Great interview. It’s always comforting for me to see that I’m not alone in the world – in my effort to work and be home with the kids – and that my goal is attainable. Thanks for the boost this morning!

What a great interview Jodee. I left a comment there and I loved reading Deb’s comment too.

@ Jenny B: I look forward to reading your comment. And Deb was her usual wonderful and generous self, wasn’t she? Her comment means a lot to me.

Jodee, I guess my comment was eaten. It appeared when I first wrote it however when I went to look at the site again it was gone. Not to worry, I wrote that I loved the personal approach that you make daily in searching for leads for this community by looking at our writing interests and by searching internationally.
